HE Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki, Ambassador of Qatar to the EU & NATO, delivered a speech during the opening session of the Young Leaders in Regional Diplomacy Program, at the European Diplomatic Academy in Bruges, in which a number of Qatari & Gulf diplomats are participating.
