HE Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki, Ambassador of Qatar to the EU & NATO, participated at the reception hosted by Mr. Kirill Logvinov, Chargé d’Affaires of the Mission of the Russian Federation to the EU on the occasion of the Russian Diplomacy Day.
