HE Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al-Malki, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the EU & NATO, offered his condolences on the passing of HE Mr. Jacques Delors, former President of the European Commission, in the book of Condolences opened at the European parliament in Brussels.
